Our design-build process is intended to translate your dreams into reality - whether it's a new home, remodel, or addition. How does it work?
Based on the initial information you give us regarding your lot (or existing home), "wish list" of house features, idea-book of photos and floor plans, and target budget and schedule, we begin by assisting you in developing a "program" - rooms, sizes, relationships, qualitative and quantitative expectations.
We then develop concept sketches and preliminary estimates. Once we've identified a direction, we refine the design and develop increasingly detailed specifications and cost estimates for your review and approval.
By the end of the process, we have a set of construction documents (Drawings and Specifications) on which we base the construction agreement.
