A personalized version of our popular 2006 Parade of Homes entry - the Arnold V.
The Owners loved the flexibility afforded by its 4-bedroom, 3-bath split floor plan, but wanted less square footage to maintain so they'd have plenty of time to enjoy their back yard and pool. Our in-house design department customized the plan to fulfill their wishes - eliminating the formal dining room, removing a hallway, and downsizing the house 20% to an efficient 2330 SF, all without sacrificing the flowing layout and large open kitchen that appealed to their casual lifestyle. We even expanded the master bath to accommodate a spa-sized tub and shower.
Energy-saving features will lower operating and maintenance costs while keeping the owners comfortable for years to come, including a light-colored roof with extra insulation, tankless hot water heater, PEX piping, and mold-resistant mastic-lined ductwork.
