Based on the initial information you give us regarding your lot, your "wish list" of house features, your target budget and schedule, we begin by assisting you in developing a program (rooms, sizes, relationships, qualitative and quantitative expectations).

We then provide sub-contracted design services in phases, beginning with preliminary concepts and ending with construction drawings. As the design evolves, we develop increasingly refined specifications and cost estimates for your review and approval.

By the end of the process, we have a detailed set of construction documents (Drawings and Specifications) on which we base the construction agreement.
